We are a trusted partner for global institutions seeking expertise in strategy, project development, transaction advisory, and transformation. For instance, we served as Lead Consultants for a global multilateral financial institution, designing a strategic framework to support client governments across Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Integrating Banking and Fintech Ecosystems Across Africa
Since 2017, we have been retained by one of Africa’s largest multinational banks to facilitate Fintech ecosystem integration.
As advisors and project managers, we have supported the design and execution of a pan-African program spanning over 30
markets to foster collaboration between Fintech innovators and the bank’s platforms.
National Strategies for African Governments

• Developing the National Strategy for the African Continental Free Trade Agreement for a Central African government.
• Designing the strategic plan and operational roadmap for a new Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Multi-Country Investment Research

A standout achievement is our “Africa to Africa Investment Report” for the African Development Bank, a regional study that analyzed intra-Africa cross-border investments.
Advancing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA)
We are champions of the AfCFTA, playing pivotal roles in its implementation and advocacy. Highlights include:
• Publishing the “AfCFTA Year Zero Report”, ranking 54 African governments on readiness and commitment.
• Co-authoring the “Trillion Dollar Investment Framework”, adopted by the African Union to stimulate investments in the
AfCFTA.
Benchmarking Africa’s Sovereign Wealth Funds for Impact
We are recognized for our groundbreaking work on Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) in Africa. In 2018, we launched the African
