Shaping Education-to-Employment Pathways for Ghana-UK Alumni

Konfidants designed and executed a nationwide study assessing post-study challenges facing Ghanaian international graduates (1980–2023). The study focused on graduates who pursued their studies in the UK, identifying barriers to employment and entrepreneurship upon their return. We delivered SMART recommendations that shaped the British Council’s alumni engagement, job placement, and entrepreneurship programs.
