We worked closely with Ecobank Group executives to co-design and implement the Fintech Challenge & Fellowship, enabling bank-fintech integrations across 35 countries and brokering strategic partnerships across the fintech ecosystem.

3i Africa Summit – Bank of Ghana & Development Bank Ghana
Konfidants served as strategy and content consultants for the 3i Africa Summit, which convened 7,000+ participants from 70+ countries—including Heads of State, central bank governors, CEOs, tech founders, policy leaders, and fund executives. We co-created the summit concept, designed 15+ content tracks, curated dealrooms and PitchFests, and developed briefs for over 58 sessions.

Nationwide Digital Economy Survey for Digital Financial Services Tax Policy

Konfidants designed and conducted a national survey of 10,000+ respondents, uncovering digital adoption trends and barriers. Our findings informed key policies on digital taxation and inclusion.

National Consultations on Young Women’s Financial Inclusion for World Bank Global Study

We facilitated multi-stakeholder consultations in Ghana to identify barriers and interventions to expand young women’s access to financial services. Findings contributed to CGAP’s global study on women’s financial inclusion in low- and middle-income countries.
